Great work Chin! I have just put a link to this video on a post on my blog, hopefully it will drive a bit more traffic your way. Off to the EADV tomorrow, hopefully will write up dermoscopy highlights for the bulletin.
Thank you so much for this! You definitely sold me on a DL4w. I missed an atypical scc (picked up by derm shortly after, luckily) because the dermatoscope that I was using just wasn’t strong enough/clear enough for me. I want to have equipment that makes it easier for me to see and learn, so my patients are safer and picked up earlier
Généreuse vidéo qui m'est très utile pour sélectionner le premier dermoscope que j'utiliserai dans ma pratique de Médecine Générale en France. Je vous remercie sincèrement chers collègues de l'outre-Manche 🙏
Wow, Chin has so many! Jealous. Wish they weren't so damn expensive. Whilst I'm still learning and because I'm a cheapskate I've taken to making a DIY one from loupes but with cross polarisation. Thanks for the video
As a long time user of the DL4 I have to disagree. The optics and trueness of color of the Heine Deltas are way better and even the Dermlite DL3N outperforms the DL4.
i have a HEINE DELTA 20 T Dermatoscope but I do not know where to get the attachments for taking pictures. Please does any one have any thoughts or recommendations? It would be appreciated
