It eliminates 5 sugar groups that many people are allergic to. I am still following it. It gave me a new level of comfort. It becomes very easy to follow because it is so rewarding. I also take 250mg simethicone (Gas-x) with dinner.

Bloating is my primary symptom I experience when I decide to go off my restrictive eating plan. I am currently taking a probiotic that my dietitian recommended and it is helping me have pretty normal stools. I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism at the age of 52 and I am now 66. Hashimoto disease was detected last year. I also have high blood pressure and osteoporosis. My question is, what are the effects to my gut and overall health if I continue to divert my diet on occasion? I am new to your channel and I am grateful for discovering your expertise.
I have IBS-c. I have no trouble with ghee and low-lactose soft cheese such as feta. Paneer I have no trouble with if I simmer the paneer in clean water for a few minutes, changing the water twice. Aduzzki beans and mung beans I cook slowly draining the water 3 times from the cooking beans.Gluten I have no answer for and avoid it, fructans I avoid. The problem with IBS is being aware that iron deficiency could become a problem as time goes on.

in Hungary, doctors cannot determine the ibs t. Doctor. I eat GMO-free chicken and fish, and since then my abdominal pain and bloating have stopped. I leave out all vegetable oils and follow what you said, my condition has improved a lot. Thank you Doctor!! can you eat boiled potatoes?
Do we need to eliminate all cruciferous vegetables completely? What about Brussels sprouts? Arugula? Bok choy? Can they be consumed in small quantities?
