Hello , dual finger print is inner finger print- means can use finger print unlock from inside. philips gate lock have auto lock , when you close your gate it will auto lock even your door is stay open
I want to know how I can open the gate lock from inside the house when my wooden main door is left open. Can you turn the gate knob to open the gate? Or must use remote to open gate lock from inside the house? Another influencer says that gate lock can only be open by remote from inside when main door is open.
For philips gate lock , only can use remote control and gate unlock from inside. But for solity gate lock have inner finger print , so you can use finger print , remote control or key unlock from inside
Hello @sodiumhydroxie Yes installations are included! The warranty of all our digital locks are covered by the authorised brand's distributor in Singapore! For example, if you purchase Philips, the lock's 3 years onsite warranty would be covered by Philips, and not Hoz :)
Can ask what u mean by Lockin has no WiFi feature? I thought Lockin v5 max is able to unlock remotely and also to access the CCTV feature from phone and even talk via it?
Hi iori thanks for commenting! By Lockin has no wifi feature, we meant that it does not have the remotely unlock with app function. For instance, when you’re away from home let’s say in your office, you are unable to use the Mijia app to unlock for a visitor in real time. Hope this clarifies! 😊
@@iori09 Hi Desmond, yes you would be able to issue a temporary OTP to allow the visitor to unlock in real time, because there is already a list of OTPs that are preset within the system 😄hence when you want to issue OTP in real time, the system just releases an OTP from the list, to you

can the Philips open door but not the gate from inside. Sometimes you want to open door to speak to a visitor but you want to keep gate locked. Possible?
@@HozDigitalLock Thanks. On second review of your video, I am also interested in the Lockin v5. But the question is if I am coming home, I cannot use palm vein as the gate option is everything but palm and face. So, it means open gate then use palm for main door. Kind of extra steps to me.

Hi @blackcouger facial recognition for gate lock is a new technology that has yet to stabilise, hence it is not adopted by the established authorised digital lock dealers yet :) When the authorised dealers launch them, we would do a new video on it! Stay tune!
