1 tsp instant dry yeast
1/2 cup warm water
3 cups flour 390g
1/2 tsp salt
butter 2 tbsp (30g)

Lemme tell you one thing. I have tried hundreds of donut recipes but the all were crispy like fried chicken 😭 and then I tried this recipe and trust me this is the bestest recipe. I put some glaze instead of chocolate and they were just like crispy cream💗💗

Sugar and corn flour , mix it n cook it till it gets transparent . Strain it. Just cool it down n add colours of whatever is your choice. 😊
