Their could be 2 possible reasons..... 1) you haven't activated yeast well. 2) You haven't knead dough well( for donuts soft dough is best) Solution to your problem 👇🏻 3) spread half/inch thick donut sheet with rolling pin 4) after cutting donuts let them rise for 30 minutes ( near any hot place...... Also while frying for first five seconds don't touch donuts but After 5 seconds keep touching/shaking donuts so that oil can reach inner empty space coz donuts/cakes start to rise from middle part Hopefully it will help you, thanks.

Agar apko donuts first day Jaise chahiye to fridge main na rakhy or chocolate lagai begair shopper mai fridge mei rakhen and jab use krne ho to air fryer mei 5 minute ke liye rakhe ya phir oven main

Apne flour ziada use kiya hoga shape kartay hue it has happened to me before. Next time to prevent it use oil for shaping donuts. And kneading
