A pullover in gymnastics is one of the key skills to have. It can take a lot of practice to achieve and might take some extra work, but that's why I'm here! My name is Coach Christa and I have been coaching over 15 years. Pullovers are essential in gymnastics which is why I have come up with my top three favorite drills for you to practice at gym or at home.
My top three drills for you to achieve your pullover are:
