The neutrogena anti-residue shampoo was discontinued bc it was making people’s hair fall out 🙃 I had to do some research bc I was using it too. I replaced it with the Paul Mitchell shampoo two and I am in LOVE

Just found you due to rice water because I've apparently living under a rock for the last 2yrs so thank you!!! Have you gone over the Garnier Honey blends products? I really wish some one would come up with a list of ingredients that matter. Like a literal list bullet points, what it does with a ✔️ or 🚫 next to it underneath. I only use sulfates when my scalp gets rlly oily and disgusting on day 3. but if it doesn't get oily I use a sulfate free one. if I have products in my hair I use an anti-residue clarifying shampoo which breaks down any hydrophobic products. before a heair wash tho I do use a hair mask and some oil just to protect the natural oils. and I only shampoo ONCE! depending on how your hair is the clarifying shampoo will work well in just one wash. please do not ot wash your hair anymore than once. unless your hair does not like sulfates you can shampoo twice without sulfates.

Hey did you know glycerin is also a main ingredient in thayers witch hazel face toner. I didn't have anything with glycerin but I did have thayers face toner so I put some into my shampoo bottle. And BAM! works great also

I agree about the use of Suaves Clarify Shampoo. For the price, it's not bad. I only use it once a week, and I don't recommend using it daily.

@@jacie. the shampoo really strips down my hair, making it very difficult to brush out and it leaves my hair feeling dry. I only use it when I have gone more than one day without washing my hair. I use another shampoo for daily wash. If it works for others, great! It doesn't work for me.

Sulfates r not bad. Sulfates cleanse very well. It’s a wonderful way to keep your scalp clean and healthy. A healthy scalp healthy hair. When I got on the bandwagon of eliminating sulphates in my shampoo and not shampooing often well that was a recipe for disaster. I ended up with a horrible scalp infection and my hair started to fall out. I reintroduced using sulfates in my shampoo and washed my hair more often and finally my hair grew back and stopped falling out . My dr said that had I waited longer my hair would not have grown back due to damage to the hair root. Silicone in in conditioners are fantastic they wash out easily. This lady is correct. I learned the hard way. 🌸🌸🌸

Deff not lol. Do Some research ogx brand isn’t the greatest. There’s been lawsuits. Definitely better options. Try Maui or aveeno blends line (green bottle) itchy scalp.

The suave clarifying shampoo is basically the same formula as every other suave shampoo except there are few ingredients at the end that are different but the basic formula of all of them is all the same. I know this because I spent about half an hour reading the ingredients on the back of all the shampoos at my local drug store and all of the suave ones had the same basic formula
