If Dominique doesn’t get a chance to do a brushes video before you need to buy some, I would recommend checking out the Elf or Real Techniques brushes at the drugstore. I am a hoarded of brushes and both of those brands make wonderful brushes for the price. Other YTers have been recommending the new Elf double ended brush too!

FYI - I have been using some of your pointers in the past.. My husband told me Saturday that my makeup looked great. Let me just say in all our years he has never once mentioned my makeup. He tells me I am pretty all the time. But he mentioned the makeup specifically. I gave mad props to you!

In lieu of powder use a setting spray. Don't get a matte setting spray, look for one that says" dewy "finish. NYX makes one, also Neutrogena makes one that has a "radiant " finish.

Try the hourglass powder ambient lighting it sets but gives a "glow" without accentuating wrinkles, various tones but not colours worth chatting with a sephora assistant 🧡

Love your videos, Dominique. Another drugstore foundation and concealer that I love are”No. 7.” I’m 74, and like a light coverage, and the No. 7 does the trick.
