Alpha Base, Pulsar-23, Perkons & DR-2 are at this moment the best machines on the market.

BRAVO, Excellent video, highly convincing. Very expensive but I could not resist. I ordered it yesterday to Schneidersladen and I can tell that it was because of you ! I was thinking about the Perkons Erica because of the analog to fit with my Eurorack gear ... but it might sound too industrial for me and it is not available on the market. The Elektron and Alpha Base look very good as well but may be to complicate to make it work. I am tired to read those endless user manual. I do not have experience with the Modor but I strongly hope that the use is intuitive. You said it is musical and I hope also that the sounds will have a strong character like the demo at the beginning of your video. I did not understand your observations about DSP. Is it related to the sound ? Could you explain further ? Again many thanks and kind regards from Aix en Provence to the community.

I would love to see you compare it to the Erica Synths LXR02 and Perkons! Battle of the drum synths! Erica Synths Perkons and LXR02 vs Modor and Jomox Alphabase. I know you dislike Elektron but the Rytm is best package for user interface and sequencer. Alphabase and Modor have poor crude sequencers!

And I thought Perkons was a beast. Looks like I'll be OD'ing on overtime at work this month because my Perkons needs a wifey.

It’s digital so… Need a plugin for those of us who aren’t wealthy.

This is a very capable drum machine, with special abilities that some of the other popular drum machines don’t have

Think it’s a lot more usable than the perkons which seems like it would be fun for awhile but need some serious restraint to tame.

Special thanks for the close up of the shift key, while it was scary, I am now prepared for the future.

can you tell me are the knobs on this units very wobbly and relatively poor quality? my unit is really poor its a shame
