Freaking awesome! Thanks so much coach! I'm your age so really appreciate these training tips. .. BTW just on the issue of Testosterone enhancement: are you familiar with Pine Pollen? I've just started taking and wow this stuff is potent to the point where if I take too much it makes me aggressive AF lol.. .you should look into this if you haven't already. 👍

I'm going to try the push-up/renegade row in my next workout. I've tried the renegade row before and have trouble feeling it though - I'm careful with my form. I'd like to give it another try because it seems like a great exercise! Any suggestions? Thanks!

Do you need to increase the weight you are working with? Have you tried this exercise from a deficit? So with your hands on an elevated surface like a step or even a bosu ball? Or with your feet slightly elevated? Sometimes changing the angle at which you are performing the exercise can have more impact on your "feeling" the exercise.

Looks like a great workout. Can you expound a bit on why this will increase testosterone? Especialky for thise of us well over 40...?

Testosterone levels rise after exercise, especially when doing heavy strength training. This increase in level may last just 15 minutes or up to an hour. Men often experience a greater and longer rise in testosterone when they strength train in the evening, as opposed to the morning.
