This Marvel Snap deck is a fun combination of destroy effects with a big Devil Dinosaur finisher, and I think it's a really strong archetype for players in the Pool 2 part of the collection from levels 222 to 474.

Pool 1 consists of 46 different cards that you can unlock. After 214 Collection Level - which you get by upgrading cards - you can start getting new cards from Pool 2 which is 25 more cards. After 486 you can start collecting cards from Pool 3 which is 74 brand new cards.

Idk man... I've upgraded all I could and even bought the pass but haven't made a single progress last 2 days. I've played all day and night... Which really makes me not wanna play and that's just pool 1 ?? Oof

It's a dailies n weeklies game lol you will only power farm by mass playing by purchasing credits and rotating your decks out so that you're upgrading everything possible and also buying the upgrades 3x a day in the shop (which would require purchasing more credits lol). I'm 153 just chilling playing like 30-50m a day.

Hey Regis, I love the content on Marvel snap, I've been having a lot of fun with it. I appreciate this video as im almost at pool 2 and have a lot of these cards already! Its been really interesting seeing all the really cool higher pool cards I havent seen yet and as always your great personality adds to the experience

I’ve been running a multiple man deck recently, using hulk buster and iron fist shenanigans along with heimdall as a closer. I’m hopeful that pools 2 and 3 have some good move cards in them. Thanks for the good content as always!

Maybe it's a bit late, but I started Marvel Snap today, and it was a super fun experience, so I'll probably play more frequently from now on. of course, the fact that my favorite youtuber is also playing the game is a huge bonus as well.

I'm completely addicted to this game since I started playing this Saturday lol It's much more mobile friendly than HS! I will still play HS when I'm at home of course, but now whenever I want something quick to do with my phone I see myself playing Snap instead of doom scrolling through Instagram or whatever.

So I swapped out bishop for the collector in this deck. I find keeping cards in hand boost your Dino, whereas bishop wants you to play them. Also sabertooth boosts him up which is some cool synergy

Hey Regis, curious to hear your thoughts on the rank up system in snap. The fact that it's a zero sum game except for the floors at bottom rank and infinite vs something like Hearthstone that has multiple floors, and a win streak bonus system to allow for aggregate increases in rank. With the Snap system it would seem very hard for people to rank up, feeling the slog a bit myself even at 40-50.

It's not quite zero sum, you always get to fight a bot every now and then at any rank which are much easier than real people and presumably exist to just add cubes to the system.

Game is still in very early stages. Definitely will be multiple quality improvements and a ranking system which feels fair and strong for everyone is probably gonna be one of those changes

What exactly is "pool 2/3" and how is it different from the first?

I think the best way to describe it as a different group of cards. Like once you get all the cards in the first pool/group, you'll start getting cards from the second. Later pools will also have some more complicated cards

As explained at 0:19, Pool 2 are the cards you unlock from collection levels 222 to 474. Pool 3 is the pool of cards you start unlocking after that.

What exactly says "beyond this level we are dealing with a completely different pool"? Also i am level 212 (pool 1), but already have 8 out of the 12 cards in the destroy pool 2 deck you showcase.

@@livolas These numbers were decided by the developers. Economy, balance, longevity of the game could be some. Cards from different aren’t different by any mean. They just have different effects. Oftentimes, they might be more confusing for beginners. When you’re in pool 1, you’ll play against opponent also in pool 1 for example. Hope this helps

@@livolas You'd have to ask the Marvel Snap developers why they landed on those levels. As for how we know the cutoffs, you are awarded cards in a pseudo-random order within each pool, and you cannot get a card from a higher pool until completing the previous pool. So those cutoffs are where you're guaranteed to have gotten every card within that pool. By level 474 you will have every Pool 2 card and then begin collecting Pool 3 cards.

All the cards in the game right now are locked behind "pools" 3 in total. So pull 1 has so many cards you have to unlock and then you move on to pool 2 once you get all of of pool 1 and then pull 3 once you've collected all of pool 2.

fwiw, I’m pretty sure matchmaking is collection level based, and not rank based. They did this to protect the beta players with big collections from farming all of the new players. So, if you’re still in Pool 1 collection level, you will only face other pool 1 decks

@@ShrekHs I think they're adding a new system before the end of the year with a rotation of cards you can buy in the store, if you want one but can't afford it, you can freeze it there until you can get it, not as free as Hearthstone but much better than the grind we have right now, I just play once a day to do all the dailies, gotta play casually I guess until the grind is over :D

@@ShrekHs yea it does lack variety and depth early on, I am around collection level 280 and I still think my most viable deck is the zoo deck I've been using since level 50. I've seen streamers playing pool 3 decks and it looks so much more fun with crazy combos. I don't slowly building my collection but I do worry the slow grind before it gets fun will result in a lot of players quitting before they get there.

Maybe it's because you can't make fun decks with all the cards you want in it, but your opponent's always seem to have perfectly crafted decks

This deck ruined my entire run last season. 95% of people were running this deck. I’m glad the season is over, but I can’t even use it. I have 3 cards left to unlock for pool 2, and those 3 cards are, Agent, Killmonger, and Bucky. My luck in this game continues to be awful.

Don't know what I'm doing wrong, but this feels like the worst deck I ever played, 1 win 15 losses, I think I'll go back to a pure dyno deck (for which I have 90% win) this is garbage
