Hello Everyone!!
We all have been there where we crave a cookie but we don't have any EGGS in the house! On the off chance you might have CREAM CHEESE you can still make incredible cookies. These no-egg cookies are some of the BEST iIhave ever made!
Ingredients
2 tbsp Cream Cheese
180g Unsalted Butter (please don't use any alternatives if you're planning to remove the milk solids)
50g Light Brown Sugar (change this for caster)
100g Dark Brown Sugar
180g Self Raising Flour
1 tbsp Espresso Coffee
1 tsp Vanilla
Pinch of Salt
1tsp Baking Powder
200g Dark Chocolate (any preference will also do)
