So glad I stumbled across this, I’ve been thinking about studying physiotherapy/ becoming a physiotherapist but felt unsure about it as I know nothinggg about the field or how to become one but hearing more about it is making me feel like it could still be right for me.
Btw as a vegan I think the stem cell meat is for those vegans who still want to eat something meat like but don’t want an animal to die, or to contribute to climate problems by eating beef which is the leading cause of deforestation in tropical rainforests
@@kattyude8256 that is super interesting and definitely food for thought as well. I would also recommend checking out @arrayray_physio for more physio related content too.

Thank you so so much for this video. My wife is commenting. She's Asian and you're right very few videos out there for Asian women who enjoy maintaining a nice tan year round without the harm that comes from the Sun. Thank you for this
You are right, it's not a supplement, it's more of a "complement" in the way that it's meant to complement a healthy and diverse diet with the vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and everything one might lack. A good diet will most likely make a green powder obsolete. On the other hand, if people got the income to throw at such a product which by no means is bad (it can be if you go over the upper limit for daily intake of some of the vitamins/minerals), it can only boost their diet and maybe improve their well-being a little bit. Good video and review!
The thing about Asian culture thinking tan is bad is so funny! I live in Vegas and I met a man from Korea that told me I was “dark” even thought he was darker than me 😂 he couldn’t believe it until I grabbed a flash light and compared arms. He felt insulted when I told HIM that’s HE is the “dark” one 😂
It’s so true! I get this all the time going back home, my entire family thinks I’m bonkers for wanting to tan. 😂😂😂 I guess we’re the black sheep then 😎
Very insightful video and well structured. I definitely agree, the product design of this is horrendous (messy and wasteful). I wonder if all these benefits could be placebo and whether these supplements are actually healthy, as there is a lack of studies regarding them.
Thank you watching and sharing your thoughts on this. It's a strange one too ... and very little case study to go on. It would be down to the individual to really experiment and see whether there are any benefits. Perhaps on a marginal scale. I'm going continue using the product as it would be a waste not too but also to see whether it worth buying again or not. Have you tried it ?
@@caitlinla Yes, I have been taking it almost daily for one month and I believe my digestion has improved, however I have increased my fruit, vegetable and protein intake alongside. Cant tell whether I’m experiencing placebo. Maybe after you’ve had greens for a bit longer do another review? It’d be interesting to see how you react to it. It is an expensive product that costs very little to make so I wonder whether we’re wasting our money 🤔
