Omg mashallah mashallah this recipe was a big hit. The cupcakes turned so soft. I didn't put vinegar because it wasn't available at that time but still it was 10/10 the taste the softness everything 🤤🤤🤤

1/2 cup luke warm milk 1/3 cup canola oil 1 tsp vanilla essence 1 tsp coffee with 1 tbsp warm water 1 cup powdered sugar Mix 1 tsp white vinegar Dry ingredients 1.5 cup maida 1/2 tap b soda 1/2 tsp baking powder 1/4 cup cocoa powder Sieve Pinch of salt Mix Now pour it in the wet mixture gradually. Bake it in preheated oven For 20-22 mins at 180° ( or until toothpick comes out clean) Enjoy!

Made these today. I had to add 4 tablespoons of extra milk as the batter was a little thick. The result was awesome! Baked some in microwave convection mode and few on gas. Both came out spongy and yummy!!!

@@CuminCurry I would recommend using 3|4 cups of sugar as it makes the cupcakes too sweet for me... If you like sweeter cupcakes then you can use 1 cup of powdered sugar. 😊

Dear sometimes baking depends on oven also, if upper crust turned out bit hard, brush with little warm milk or water and cover with cotton cloth immediately after its baked. It will become Super soft again 👍😊

this also happens because when you are leaving the cupcakes to cool the tops dry out so you can prevent this by covering the cupcakes with a damp cloth while the're cooling or just out of the oven

In microwave mode it can be prepared within 2 minutes but shape will not form, just like souffle it will sink immediately, in Kadai I don't think any issue, just preheat Kadai for 10 minutes at least covered, then put this, it might be batter consistency issue please use the correct measures and don't open it frequently, because of that also temperature will be down and it will not form a good shape
