What is Lumbar Disc Herniation ?
Spinal discs play a crucial role in the lower back, serving as shock absorbers between the vertebrae, supporting the upper body, and allowing a wide range of movement in all directions.
If a disc herniates and leaks some of its inner material, though, the disc can quickly go from easing daily life to aggravating a nerve, triggering back pain and possibly pain and nerve symptoms down the leg.
Disc herniation symptoms usually start for no apparent reason. Or they may occur when a person lifts something heavy and/or twists the lower back, motions that put added stress on the discs.
Lumbar herniated discs are a widespread medical problem, most often affecting people age 35 to 50.

I have sciatica since 2019 😢 I had multiple Physical Therapies & went to a Chiropractor. It gave me some relief but it’s still here😢 my MRI showed a bulging disc, exactly with what you’ve mentioned here on your video. I’m scheduled to have an epidural shot in May which I pray to be effective and hope that it will give me longer relief or cure 🙏🏼 thank you for inspiring exercises, I’ll add them to my daily stretches to start my day. I have desame problems exactly what you have...all procedure you made it I done my infiltration pedorAl ..just 6 months the duration..after is desame problem..I think no need to ask to yur doctor about the pedoral..better the exercise for sciatica..

Thank you Dr. Jun,, i will do this when i’m off from my work , ito ang iniinda ko doc , dahil sa pgbubuhat ng maraming pasyente dto sa hospital, mhigit napo 2 years itong nararamdaman ko and i undergo physical therapy too for 1 year pero ganon parin maybe because i am still doing the bending and lifting our patients , but i will try to do this exercise , this is my first time watching your video and i was satisfied watching it, thank you Doc for sharing to us your amazing knowledge in PT, God Bless

Thank you Doc! I’ve been suffering this kind of problem for over a year and diagnosed of having disc bulging. Im done with physical therapy some of the stretches similar like cat cow pose. I will try the exercises from your you tube channel.
