Life Cycle is such a great mod too. It gives more depth to vanilla characters that can be romanced so they have relationships with other characters if you choose another character to marry.
As someone who has East Scarp, Downtown Zuzu, Expanded, Ridgeside, Lunna Astray and It's always raining in the valley downloaded. It really makes the experience so much better with a lot of places to go and lot of people to talk to. Also thank god for Poly mods out there because oh boy, picking one person to marry is hard.
I want to play that SOO BADLY OMG 😭 Playing on SDV mobile sucks because we don't have Multi-player or modding (unless you count the save changer app) I'm so jealous

I mean in my playthrough there wasn't any bugs, although if you are going to do a poly mod with this, marry Sterling from IARITV last since he had a special marriage message and if you marry someone after him it will play the lines from Sterlings marriage even if you're marrying someone else
@Stardropletwhoareyou late response but you can actually mod on mobile!! granted it's more limited than on pc currently but you can still get plenty of mods for mobile, including a pretty decent chunk of the ones shown in the vid :)
i tried doing east scarp, always raining in the valley, and ridgeside at the same time once. i opened the "meet everyone" quest. there were 69 people i had to go meet. i closed the game.

Date Night is a great mod I have been using since it came out, the modder that made adventures guild expanded. Been using Wrens greenhouse for a while, it is a great greenhouse mod.
I'm currently playing the Very Expanded collection on Nexus Mods which includes SVE, East Scarpe and Ridge side with multiple NPCs and it's... Hectic xD introduction has 71 NPCs for the initial quest!!!
What I like about stardew valley expanded is the idea of marrying/dating the wizard. I always thought he was such an interesting character, I haven't had expanded for long so I haven't seen many heart event yet but I'm so excited!
Definitely coming back to this later when I want a new modded playthrough, currently doing a playthrough with Ridgeside, East Scarp, Lunna Astray, and Stardew Valley Expanded (also some other mods but those are the head liners) If anyone’s curious the meet everyone quest had 74 npcs, I believe by the end of the playthrough once everyone is unlocked it will be well over 80
Playing with a lot of expension mod is defintly a marathon , i'm currently playing with expended , east scarp and ridgside (+the aquarium and other little thing) and for my first quest (the one where you meet everyone) i had 72 npc to meet !
I really like Expanded a lot. It fits the vibe of Stardew a lot and doesn't add so much that its completely overwhelming. The amount of new characters is the perfect amount. I wouldn't recommend Ridgeside right away personally unless you are diving into just that mod. It just has SO much and the amount of characters is a bit overwhelming.
one of my favorite extra villagers is June, a pianist that works at the log cabin hotel in ridgeside during the colder seasons. he's romancable, really interesting and, in my opinion, so handsome
Pretty sure you can use most of these together without issue. The only thing holding you back is how much power it’ll take. PCs like my personal laptop might not work with it, but higher end ones most definitely will

Originally had a bit to say, but accidentally closed my browser and don't want to type it all again. Used to use BennyB's Divine Greenhouse, which has a crazy amount of space, more than I can plan to use unless it's trees, for which there are 126 dedicated spaces, but is in my own opinion a bit bland to look at without decoration and, the more you put in it, the more of a real time investment you need to make. I switched back to the spacious version of Ellie's Ideal Greenhouse because it is so much more manageable while looking nicer, but part of me does sometimes miss having all that space and the amount of regrowing crops, trees, foraging items, and profitable single-growth crops I could stuff in there and still have room for more. Oh, well. Ridgeside Village, East Scarp, Stardew Valley Expanded, and a few mods I use that aren't listed here all add more space elsewhere for planting crops and a few more trees.
I've recently started a save with Stardew Valley Expanded and Downtown Zuzu. I am soooo tempted to add Ridgeside Village and East Scarp but like....is that too much for one save? It's so funny that at first I stayed away from mods completely and on my first save (completely vanilla playthrough) I'm almost at perfection and yet now I'm going crazy with adding tons of mods lol. Hopefully my computer can handle it.
I made a modpack with stardew valley expanded and rigdgeside village a new farm from sv expanded as well and some other mods to make the game better to play with 4 friends We got some problems in the first hour or 2 cuz sometimes one of us got the game to not respond when we went to a new location and we also got the server to freeze but after that the game started to run normal so i recomend it's worth it
I love mod lists like this but real issue is i never know what mods work with other mods making me scared to download any of them like what if i ruin my game?
I'm running SVE, Ridgeside and East Scarp, together with other NPC mods, etc, etc. I have absolutely no issues. Keep an eye on your SMAPI log, and just remove anything that doesn't work. Go for it, and have fun!
I have about 120 mods, probably more. They all work perfectly together, I have such a huge diverse game it’s actually kind of overwhelming!! Smapai will let you know, just test them out slowly! Only problems I have is Andys (SVE) house being weird on the outside and Lewis’s portrait not showing up for a second when his sister comes to greet him (Ridgeside) also make sure every few months to check if mods need updates since Smapai won’t tell you usually!
I use Vortex, and it's been very useful; it always warns you when you add mods that clash, or something like that. I have 160+ mods and I haven't encountered any problems so far.
I decided to add as many of the expansions as I could that seemed to be recommended. I learned quickly I dislike the method for making friends in the game.
There are quite a few mods i actually want to try some day in these lists... but espescially with the map mods i think i need something extra... is there a mod or a way to modify gamefiles to make days last longer? because if you add so much more content... you'll really need longer days :D
The Immersive Sandy mod doesn't make her romanceable, but expands her character a lot - she comes to town (Friday evenings she's at Gus's, Sundays she visits Emily) and adds a few events.
I wanna ask a little something . Is it possible to install all the expansion mods at the same time ? Like would some mods not work well with other expansion or can you really have them all in 1 playthrough?
Some of the mods in the vid will conflict with each other however I don’t think there are conflicts with any of the map expansions with each other, Ridgeside, East Scarpe, Expanded, and Zuzu all are compatible I know that much. Most npc expansion mods are compatible with each other afaik. The biggest conflicts I can see would be with the mod that expands the deep woods due to it requiring file editing. For somewhat obvious reasons (in my opinion) the greenhouse mods I don’t think would be compatible with each other due to them editing the same entity. I’m uncertain but I believe as you boot up SMAPI would show if mods aren’t functioning properly, if it’s missing a dependency I think it lets you know that as well. I’m uncertain if it shows anything for mods that just straight up conflict with each other.
I would check descriptions. Most big mods, like Ridgeside, SDV Expanded, mods like those are often catered to and most mods work well together unless they take over the same area. I've never had any conflicts and this is in almost 200 hours of gameplay.
Pretty much all mods will be compatible (bar like several of the same (several retextures or portraits!) it’s all dependent on what your comp can run and handle! I have 37 mods and it takes a while to load but it isn’t too bad otherwise!
Can i have these mods running at once it wont glitch out right?and will it also work with romance mods and scenery mods and vehicle mods and crime mod anf phone mod and kids mod. Sorry if its a lot 😅 i just want a lot of mods in my 1st modded playtrough 😂

i wish SV expanded didnt change the original map, even if it's supposed to work with other mods like ridgeside and east scarp, it makes my games so cluttered and buggy :( it's the only one i chose to never play anymore which is a shame bc the new characters are cute

You may just have a very long wait time to get into your game! I have a mega expanded playthrough going at the moment, my PC is okay, but I do have to wait before I can get intoo the game as it crashes a bit ahaha!
The general rule of thumb with mods that affect the world is that you can have multiple as long as they don't affect the same areas. For example, Ridgeside can be installed with Stardew Valley Expanded because Ridgeside is a new area that doesn't change the normal Stardew map much. However, Stardew Valley Expanded and Stardew Valley Reimagined couldn't be installed together because they both overhaul the overworld. Similarly, you couldn't have two mods that change the interior layout out the greenhouse, because they'd conflict. You can experiment to see what works, and you can see what other people say by checking the comments on the mods on the Nexus. And always back up your saves if you decide to add mods to a preexisting save.
Mia is trying to figure out the complexity of her gender identity yeah... that part ruined this character for me, why cant everything be normal and without that bs
@@kitsugamess im having no problems with this game because if there is any of that non traditional stuff, it either makes sense or not thrown in the face. Im having problems with mia because she is centered around that and it seems like it the only thing that supposed to define her and give character. Pretty much like with any person who thinks that their gender or theit sensuality means something to others, when in reality no one cares. There is no problem for me in game having lgbt and all that stuff, but only when it really makes sense and done correctly
