Yay! It took me so much research to understand exporting especially with transparent videos, I wanna toss it out there that GIF Gun is also awesome at creating transparent GIFs right out of After Effects if people are on the side of creating stickers for Instagram :)

but instagram business doesnt let me upload videos with more then 5 mbps bitrate :(((((
