While LMS does at times get bot-infested, there's still a fair number of real (sweaty...) Players there too. The idea of winning 5 points every 2 minutes is extremely unrealistic, especially considering how those bots will be hidden on the map somewhere and you'll spend at least 5 minutes running around trying to find them. Still, nice guide! Consider filling jugs from Falador West Bank, there's a useable water source right between the Hairdresser and the Mace shop (town crier passes by it often), it's a fair bit shorter a distance!
Might actually use a couple of those methods for F2P alts if I ever get around to that (Ogress mostly comes to mind since I forgot that existed). Also, there seems to be a lot of weird cuts that interrupt what you're saying.
For minimal requirements and getting both XP and GP, I don’t think anything in F2P beats crafting gold rings, or amulets if you want more XP. Can semi-AFK it on 2-3 accounts and make enough for a bond in a week or two.

Okay, its heavily botted, sure take that away but give us something to replace that wont be as easy to bot in for the love of god. When our next best options are sometimes less than 100k an hour its a little ridiculous. Members have options that make over 3m an hr.. At the very least give f2p some options ~500k an hour or something reasonable. these profits are ridiculous.

I woud suggest selling hammers. General store stocks 5, but at 1gp, current pricing is 48gp and I have not seen it sitting at GE longer as 1 minute. Not exactly a bad profit per item imho.
i dont pvp in osrs , and to do that mini game i always lose because i suck and cannot figure it out ,not worth any time since you only get points for a kill win and bots just log out leave. not sure why the bot if they get no points
At the Port Sarim jewlery shop and rune shop bots will hop worlds to sell necklaces and runes. They will also hop to the F2P PVP world and you can kill them for 1m+/hr
For the gold rings, you can get an even better margin if you bring your noted rings to Grum in Port Sarim and sell them a few at a time while world hopping.
