well i would like to say that CS Deepak Gajrani sir is all time best in company law and no other teacher can match his level

If u wish to learn deeply there is only one dushyant jain the badshah of claw you can even see his marathons they are the most detailed ones

I think a unique academy is not the best coaching for CS executive because I am a past student of a unique academy I regret after taking a lecture from a unique academy.

According to my opinion cs Deepak gajrani sir is the best teacher of company laws , securities laws , setting up of business entities and corporate restructuring of the final . However you can verify it by watching their demo lecture on RU-vid . He teaches each provision from a bare act language . However you have to do question practice on your own from the scanners regularly whenever you complete a chapter of Deepak gajrani sir . His lectures are very wide so start watching very early .
