Sometimes almost anyone fighting a fast character like Falco is like watching a yt video the other character is watching at normal 1x speed while falcos at 2x speed

Honestly what I see is that meta knight is trash Light, Impossible to start combos, easy to combo, trash hitboxes, no damage, and probably one of the worst neutrals in the game. No approach options.
