I took vitex blindly for 2 months and a half, this spring.. did i make a harm for my self which can't be resolved? I have normal 28day cycle with ovulations, slightly elevated progesterone at 22.day of cycle. Btw, i love watching your videos, you are simple, honest and warm person❤

Usually if vitex "causes damage", I mean that it makes your cycle irregular or changes something in your period. For myself, it caused a lot of irregularity for a long time. But I don't recommend taking vitex unless it's very specifically indicated and a lot of other things have been tried first. Thanks for watching my videos!! I'm glad they're helpful to you! ❤️

How can you detox from vitex after taking it for several months? Does it take about 3 months to get it out of your system completely and for your body to start regulating itself back to its “pre vitex” state?

What about niacin ? I understand it’s the source for nmn ? What is the recommended dose for nmn ? I can only buy it from abroad so I don’t know what companies are well known . Can you recommend one ? What about alpha lipoic is it recommended as well ? Thank you so much 🙏😌

I don't know if you reply to comments, but my husband and I have been trying for another child for 5 years with 3 very early miscarriages. The last one was my IVF miracle baby about 2 months ago. We are going to try another cycle but there are so many contributing factors that could be causing it, I don't know where to start. Please help.
