My baby is 8 months old and have been trying to see if i can conceive naturally,because it took us 7 to 8 years before I conceive my first baby, but not naturally😊. Hi! Ginger tea and peppermint tea are safe for breastfeeding moms according to researches. Green tea does have some caffeine in it but one cup a day or every other day is considered safe.

I don’t know if raspberry leaf tea is in Nigeria but Ginger and green tea are very common in Nigeria. You can stick with those.

Hi Precious, from my understanding Red raspberry leaf tea and green tea can help to improve progesterone levels. And you also want to avoid processed foods or foods not labeled “hormone free”. Watch the two videos I referenced in this video about safe and unsafe foods for fertility. Lastly please seek professional help. Modern Treatments are available and safe. Good luck 👍
