I'm sorry you're going through that stress. Firstly, you need to wait until you're 6 weeks or beyond for a pregnancy to show up on a scan. Since you're testing negative it could mean that you had a chemical pregnancy which means it's a miscarriage that ends very quickly without any bleeding. Maybe you tested early hence you found out early, there are a lot of women who get it but never know because they hadn't tested. If you did have a miscarriage, I'm sorry and I'm hopeful you will conceive again. Not that it makes anything better because I can get that a loss is still a loss regardless. 💖💖Love and light
