Thanks for posting. I am always surprised when you our your buddy over at the Tourist trap post something like this from Pinellas as most of us who grew up in places like Temple Terrace always thought that Pinellas was built out back in the '70s and '80s (except for Fort DeSoto and Honeymoon Island) as most instantly think of the sprawl on US 19, the traffic jams on the way to a Rays game, or the traffic on the way to Clearwater Beach but North Pinellas is different. Very beautiful. The boardwalk and the tower remind me of one my favorite spots: Lettuce Lake up on Fletcher Ave to the East of USF on the Hillsborough River. I made it out there yesterday but I heard from a friend that the county is closing all conservation parks after today but the county website said most of the nature preserves in county will stay open though they do not have all the amenites like boardwalks or nature centers. Anyhow Jay, again, thank you so much for such a great video. It was almost like being out in the park in person! Vlogs like this help make be bunkered down at home much more tolerable. Thanks again and stay safe!
You’re so welcome buddy. Hillsboro has some beautiful parks I plan on visiting all the Conservation ones just like this.. eventually. :) Thank you so much for watching hope you’re having a great weekend
Very nice park. Lake Tarpon is a pretty large lake. In 1969 my family had a 22 foot Islander and we mostly used it in the gulf (we had it stored in Ozona), but once took it to Lake Tarpon. Thank you for sharing the park, and as always, the real Florida.
This is another beautiful park I had missed when I livedin Tampa although going to state parks in the Tampa was a favorite activity on weekends. Thank you for this treasure. I've already sent it to a list of friends & family 1200 miles from there!
This was just about the most soothing, and peaceful video I have ever seen! Really enjoyed it- didn't want it to end. Thank you so much!! Please keep them coming. We really don't have scenes like this up here in New York where I'm from. Thanks Tampa Jay.
Thank you so much my friend I’m so happy to hear you enjoyed it. I can’t wait to get back out in another park! Hope you’re staying safe up there thank you so much for watching
Now,Its time to head back to the car and...SQUIRREL!!! Wow! Its like that Deer knew you. This was great Tampa, have you thought about doing a live stream? That would be great too!
Thanks Tampa Jay. I really enjoyed this nature walk while walking on my treadmill here in New Jersey. I'll rewatch it again daily on my 'walks'. It's a very relaxing and needed break from the stressful times. Thanks.
This is my favorite park, it used to call Brooker Creek. Alot of good times there, my sons 2nd birthday, days with my girlfriend whom I married 30 years ago. Thanks Jay for posting this.
What a beautiful place! Nothing like a nature walk to brighten the day! I can see why you like this park. Fantastic job capturing the feeling of this place. Really gives you an idea of what it’s like to stroll along the boardwalk. Sunsets with Jay was the first video/livestream I watched of yours. Looks like the park has some really magic areas where you can relax and enjoy the scenery. Thanks Jay for exploring this amazing place and sharing it with us. :) Looking forward to your next video!
Wow, Jay, you remind us of life was like before we were told to shelter in place. You are lucky to be able to find uncrowded “safe” spots. Stay safe, buddy. You and Adam are giving us our Florida “ fix”! !
Do the alligators ever go for people's dogs id be terrified having a dog there. Thankyou so pretty lovely light relief from all the scaremongering going on. Nice feeling now ive watched this. 👍🙏❤
There’s just no dogs are on the boardwalk I think because it’s fairly new and it’s next to the lake.. but there is actually a dog park inside the park. I failed to mentioned that LOL
