Stage 1 formula can be given upto 1 year and then tapered off. Brand changes, you can try if baby is accepting. Most babies will be used to the brand they are drinking,so can't say if they will accept the change of taste.

@@Riya-Sheljin baby's weight in the first year is dependent on breastmilk/formula. So feed breastmilk well. Mother should also take good quantity of proteins in diet. Breastfeed 45minutes before each solids and then only feed solids.

Could be the starting of atopic Dermatitis. Use a good quality baby moisturizer. Which ever is available near you. If it's not improving,will have to meet a Dermatologist in person and start prescription creams.
