I don’t know wots wrong with my shopify inbox. When i try to activate my away message tab, it just simply activates but doesn’t not show me the options to set my online/offline timings.
Hi Markito, I do not believe this is possible using Shopify Inbox. It does allow you to set a default opening message though, so hopefully that solves your issue
Thank you for the video. I am in the service business, (Repairing Refrigerators, Freezers, Wine Coolers and Ice Machines). Shopify Chat helps to coordinate updates with the customer and the office a specially with "Assign Staff" capability. My question would be about attachments. From my end I can attach a file but from customer side is it possible or not. For my businesses it would be important to get a sticker image of Model/Serial info from the customer. Thank you
