I love the fact that the Robot has a completely useless and unpratical scarf that would only destroy houses and kill people because of the sheer size of it.
Looking at that giant mech with a scarf makes me wish I had Woolie's power of making games spawn from my mind. Then again, I don't know if the world is ready for so much Oppai.
I played this several hours and didn't want to stop. Lots of depth and very interesting matchups. No one robot seems unstoppable and it's pick up and play friendly. I see this one being very popular when it releases in a week.
I was a bit skeptical about the lame animation on those regular punches, multiple pilot mode or not, but this game seems siiiiiick. Love what they're doing here

@@goldenrider2068 I disagree. CoC doesnt seem as bad as they make it look. Most of the stuff that they got stuck in CoC was more from their lack of brains than the "jank" of the game. True, its not a AAA title, but calling that game better than this? Dont think so.
Almost like people have preferences or something. Like what you like, but when you have to tear down what somewhat else likes because they have different tastes, you don't help your case.

Remember that Colossal Kaiju Combat Kickstarter from a few years back? I wish I didn't invest to kickstart that. This on the other hand is looks well worth the investment.
I'd love to have an Eva styled mecha that controls like the rest of them most of the time, but has a second shorter life bar that activates a rage mode that controls like Spider-man PS4's combat and ground movement

3 seconds after leaving training, woolie forgot how the Ultimate attack works. QUALITY! Also, this is just the right amount of jank and awesomeness, love people who make games like this.
I mean, I could see them trying out Into the Breach, Gundam Breaker (3 or New), and that new Front Mission spinoff to showcase relatively-new mecha games for a week, certainly.
when i saw the intro i for a second thought it looked very similar to how rising thunder looked. i am now really sad that its not rising thunder 2... get the drinks ready
This game is amazing. For someone who was a fan or war of the monsters, this is something I needed! Awesome gameplay/fight mechanics once you get used to it. Plus.... this game is 4 player split screen! Or you can pilot all 4 players in 1 mech vs others, or just fight against each other. Also story mode is coop mode for 2 players. Very cool game imo.
I was actually apart of the closed beta for this game, I really enjoyed it! I'm glad the game looks even better than when I played it, and that you guys enjoy it!
I had no expectations for this game whatsoever, but I was just completely enamored with every part of it watching this video. I need to give it a closer look.
I was in the beta and that game did not feel good to play. But this looks so much better! Glad they took the complaints at heart and fixed most of its problems.
Anyone else think due to how the combat is big explosive and crazy with some weight to it and the colorful but cool characters that Megas XLR would be a guest character that would be Perfect for this game?
For everyone that keeps bringing it up on why the female characters in this game have all the bad ass mechs. Its because the CEO of the team that made this game was a woman and she wanted the females to stand out as the tough ones. Read it on a article. Nothing wrong with that but just informing yall.
MEGAS XLR goodness. Great pilots come from Jersey. Sad this show is gone, then right after one of my friends stopped talking to me after another pissed em off and is in denial of it. Life starts getting sad when it's winding down. Don't give up your friends too easily. Just take breaks.
