If there's a lot of revealing clothing in a certain store chances are that that is because a lot of women are buying them. Women who do not like that can just not buy them? I really don't see what the problem is it's not like there are other options. And for men, while there are less, there are revealing clothings for them. It's really not that deep. This has less to do with gender roles and more with the fact that every business wants to make profit

Oh my god... it's a Halloween costume... no need to get all sensitive about it. If you want to wear a costume with a male on its cover then that your choice. If you want to pick a costume with a female on its cover,again, it's your choice. No one is forcing you to pick your "assigned" type of clothing. If we wanna move on and be equal we have to stop pointing out the differences. (I understand that women do have hardship that sometimes men can't understand. But it can also be the same for them)

This translates to kids costume options as well. My girl loves dinosaurs and Batman. Last Halloween she wanted to be Batman but it had to be a suit and had to be black. We tried on the boys Batman costumes that fit her criteria, because the girl options were all pink or had a tutu, but they didn't fit her right. Luckily she found a dino costume she loved that she wore as pajamas every night till she outgrew it 9 months later. She has chosen to be a dino again this Halloween and has convinced me to dress up as one this year as well lol. I also had to go with a unisex dino onesie because all the female options were skin tight.

I'm honestly curious why cant women wear a men costume. This video clearly shows that the male costumes fit fine. If this is about the gender norms then there is a problem because Halloween costume companies only make these costumes because they sell. If they dont sell then they'll stop making them

them selling and being worn doesnt make it not a problem. the sexualization through female halloween costumes actually starts at children sizes. but given that were so used to women/girls being advertised as needing to look cute or sexy we dont register it. Is there something wrong with sexy halloween costumes for adults? No. Would women just simply like non-sexualized or frilled up costumes advertised towards them and not have to turn to the mens section for them? Yea

So, revealing costumes seem neat, but I live in Ohio and like a week ago it was super sunny, 2 days ago there was frost on the grass in the morning, that evening it was kinda sunny out and the frost was gone, and today its super freaking windy. By Halloween its probably gonna be snowing.

Ify looked freaking great in everything. Also I'm a nurse. 20/10 you cannot do anything in that dress. That's why we don't wear them anymore! (Plus we dress in scrubs more like the doc costume anyway, without the labcoat)
