Yeah, our sweets are amazing, but the licorice is something of an acquired taste. I'm fairly sure only the Finnish agree that Salmiak(ki) is great. If there's one thing about visiting Northwestern Europe is that a bakery is always worth checking out. There's all sorts of wonderful local treats worth checking out there, at the very least for France, Germany, the Netherlands and Belgium. Possibly Luxemburg too, but I'll put that in the 'no data' category, since the entire country is too damn expensive.
