one thing about heals is that usually , a CAT is cheaper than an esmarch and is also faster than an esmarch , so you should always buy CATs instead of esmarches (they're on lvl1 peacekeeper)
Think its for the best it isnt easily available. Balanced and made the early game a vbit more versatile, fun. Anyway, its quite easily acquirable from scavs.
