Excellent video. Well done. It moved right along, you were patient and gave advise (ex: getting the crepe to flip), and you were clear giving the ingredients. I just had to say👍
It does help to add another flour to help strengthen the crepes. You could use oat flour, cassava flour or coconut flour instead :) Adjust the amount of milk if needed to maintain the thin crepe consistency. Please let me know how they turn out :)
That is a great question! If you're referring to quick breads I have found it's the perfect combination of baking powder, egg, and adding an additional flour such as tapioca flour or cassava flour. I haven't experimented too much with rolls made with almond flour but I look forward to learning more :)
