Omg !!! Love the veggies!! Added !! I add cauliflower to mine !! But I love how you added the cheese sauce to the blender… so much easier!!! Thank you for sharing!! Definitely going to add this to my dinner plan!!! Thank you!!!
Love the addition of the puree'd vegetables to this. My family has made a cottage cheese-based mac and cheese since getting the recipe from my dad's cardiologist a couple of decades ago. Back then, they didn't blend the cottage cheese and to me that was a mistake. Can't wait to give your recipe a try, thank you for sharing it.
Hi Molly, I'm so glad you already appreciate cottage cheese :) I think you will LOVE it in this recipe blended smooth with all the other flavorful ingredients.
I stopped eating any type of bread 1 month ago. I made a complete change on what I eat so I am excited to make this for my bun less burger!!! Thank you for sharing!
I'm sorry you aren't able to enjoy traditional bread! I find these to be equally, if not more, satisfying. You'll have to let me know how they turn out :)
Doctor: Well Sir, last year, you weighed 180 lbs, today, you are 5'7", and weigh 350 lbs, What's going on?? Well, In the past year, my wife created a RU-vid cooking show. And, And..... She's really good at it!!!!
Thank you for the feedback! You can omit the parmesan or replace it with a different cheese that you enjoy. It's in there for flavor, less for texture.
I love your videos! Thank you for bringing us healthy treats we can enjoy without the guilt. I just made them and put them in the freezer, I used 11/2 cups of oat flour i hope that's ok, and i added a scoop of protein powder too. I saw a trick, someone put a layer of chocolate on the parchment paper, froze it then put the flour mixture, the caramel and Peanuts then a layer of chocolate on top, you don't have to worry about getting your hands dirty with the chocolate.
Thank you, I'm so grateful you like my videos! That's a brilliant idea about putting chocolate on the bottom of the pan. I'll have to try that next time:)
Excellent video. Well done. It moved right along, you were patient and gave advise (ex: getting the crepe to flip), and you were clear giving the ingredients. I just had to say👍
@@03Chloe Thanks! No, I can't say I have a good recommendation for a bread slicer. I know having a good one can make a big difference. I would look to Amazon and sort the results according to the reviews.
@@gentletummy are you interested in it,I want to introduce our products-bread slicer, could you give me a chance?may be we can collaborate with each other.🥰
I am on this tomorrow. Looks yummy yum, and I love a good crunch. Definitely see these with a good crispy crunch. That you for this, got to hide my share husband loves potatoes especially in a different form.😊You never disappoint Nicole!
Yay!!! Thank you for sharing this with me :) Can I ask a small favor? Can you add this review to this recipe on my website? Then others will know what to expect :) I appreciate it! Here's a quick link...gentletummy.com/3-ingredient-avocado-bread-bun-recipe/#recipe
Yes, you can! You can also cook them in an air fryer. I include those instructions on the recipe on my website :) Here's a quick link....gentletummy.com/3-ingredient-avocado-bread-bun-recipe
That is a great question! I haven't tried them myself, but yes, you can use two Bobs egg replacements for the two eggs in the recipe. Follow the instructions on the box and then add the flour to them in my recipe to create the egg paste. You can also use flaxseed eggs or greek yogurt in place of the eggs. I hope this helps :)
I was so glad to see this video. I have been experimenting with cottage cheese and it has never disappointed. Cannot wait to try this! Thank you for sharing.
Fantastic! I'm a little obsessed with cottage cheese if you haven't noticed :) You can adjust the amount of maple sugar in this recipe to make sure it meets your sweetness preference. Let me know how it turns out :)
That is a great question! If you're referring to quick breads I have found it's the perfect combination of baking powder, egg, and adding an additional flour such as tapioca flour or cassava flour. I haven't experimented too much with rolls made with almond flour but I look forward to learning more :)
I'm so sorry I forgot to add the link! It's in the video description now :) And here it is, gentletummy.com/healthy-honey-barbecue-sauce-recipe/. I hope you enjoy making this! Please let me know how it turns out :)
It does help to add another flour to help strengthen the crepes. You could use oat flour, cassava flour or coconut flour instead :) Adjust the amount of milk if needed to maintain the thin crepe consistency. Please let me know how they turn out :)
I count SIX if not seven ingredients: avocado, eggs, mozzarella, onion, garlic, sesame, poppy seeds. what i cannot understand: shredding mozzarella (and losing the creamy texture); using powdered onion and garlic; poppy seeds. WHY do you do this to perfectly good food? ⚡️🥑🥚😢
You are correct :) There are 3 core ingredients, and the seasonings are optional. Sounds like you would prefer to make these with the everything bagel seasoning ingredients. I would recommend a little salt, though. I hope you have a chance to make the recipe. Please let me know how it turns out :)
Looks yummy! Believe it or not I have never eaten ice cream, not even as a kid, but did taste sherbet and liked it. I might have try this. Little hesitation on my part, but I will try. My best friend eats butter pecan all the time around me but it never bothered me.. Going in, wish me luck😂 I just know everything you do is great, so the trust is there for me. Thank you!!
Awe...Angela I feel honored you're willing to try this recipe :) I have some in my freezer right now. I love pouring it into popsicle molds and freezing them. Please let me know how it turns out!
Oh, yes ma'am I definitely will. It seems weird tell my story at my age, but actually I feel pretty good getting that out. We just love you in my house. Everybody's energy and attitude about trying new foods and just changing all around. You have know idea the difference you how made. My husband is off his one medication he has. I could go on for hours, but 😊Thank you dearly. ❤️❤️@@gentletummy
Hi Pamela! That's a great suggestion for viewers who keep kosher. This recipe is flexible, so you can definitely use kosher options. What are some of your favorite kosher substitutes? I'd love to hear them!
