That's awesome! I personally much prefer these types of videos over actual song tutorials/play throughs for learning songs. It's great being able to hear and see how you would play a song live in context rather than just playing along to a track. Maybe that's just me though. You should try adding a pedalboard cam. Could be cool 😜 Keep it up!
I've used your setup for 4-5 months.. Honestly it's great! I think the only down side it has is, whenever you want to play 'soft' , do some ambience and such, the limiter boosts up your volume, so you don't have a lot of dynamics per say. but quality is great!
Hey David, have you had any trouble with your GoPro cut at 5 minutes 20 seconds? And if so how have you gotten around that? Do you just stick the rest of the video together or something else?
Can you put a link to the piece that attaches the gooseneck to the suction cup? I have both pieces but don't have the adapter that connects the two! Great video!
Haven’t had trouble with mine overheating. I don’t recall the battery life off of the top of my head, but it was enough to film the gig and then some. Have extras incase of course.
Hi David! I have a Question, what set up do you have for your sound in de camera, because I have the hero9 too, but I record my sound, the guitar sound is satured
How do you change the click volume? When I hear your in-ear monitor mix, the click sound is loud and clear on the intro, and it gets going down while the song is going on. (Sorry if my English is bad, it's bcuz I'm pure Korean lol)
I haven’t done any post mixing on the audio. It’s all straight from my monitor pack into the GoPro. Audio is married to the video the whole time, the only thing I do is cut and export the video.
