Hey chef I have some gluten free co-workers at our South Hill, Spokane, WA Ace Hardware. I'll getting ready for this Saturday'S Thanksgrilling event. I'm traegering a spatchcocked turkey, Green Egg and ham, with traegered 3 cheese Mac and cheese, with Webered apple, sausage stuffing. Do you know if the BBQ Provisions brines are gluten free? Next time slice off a piece from the side to show a cross section. Looks tasty but that’s ALOT of sugar and syrup.
