I tried the coriander & lemon soup; replaced coriander with parsley because my local store didn't seem to have the vegetable version, only the spice. I added coriander spice and also used chicken stock instead of salt and water. It was delicious, zesty, well balanced and didn't turn out bitter like I was expecting.
When we had so many carrots I made this soup. Everyone enjoyed . We don't have to waste any food items. .....when we buy carrots it's comes on bags so many. Thank you.👍❤️🙏
A quick advice from a fan of cooking: I suggest you to put the coriander last, because the longer you cook it the more bitter it gets, so for the best aroma from the coriander, put it last.

i have stayed in bangladesh for 2years, but i can't find any fresh soup vegie in street food or restaurant , when i want to cook based on my ingredients , in here are not available .. then i found ur soup video which all the ingredients are available in bangladesh and easy to make .. i feel happy and definitely will try it. plz makes more healthy soup veges .
The good recipes. So healthy and easy to make. With ingredients readily available. The crazy stirring of the spoon makes my head spin. Round and round the spoon goes, over and over again and so fast, zoom zoom.
Is it better to make soups in a pressure cooker as simmer or boiling the veggies can loose the vitamins? Which is more healthy? Thanks for many amazing recipes
I will try that ginger carrots soup, looks good 😍 Edit : I am currently eating/ drinking it, and it is fantastic! I did it less liquid than is the video and it turned out very good. I will definitely do it again and try more of these recipes! 😀😀😀
Adding cornflour does not make food unhealthy, the quantity you eat does. If you are using 2 spoons for a soup to thicken it slightly when that soup feeds 4-6 people (dependant) then there is nothing wrong with using it, even in a diet. Just sub it out for flour or omit it completely if you need to loose a lot of weight fast, anything is fatteing or unhealthy if you eat a lot of it, just some things make you fatter faster and have less health benefits.

In the US cilantro is found in most groceries that is the leaves and stems of the coriander plant. Cilantro is the spanish word for coriander. Cilantro leaves and stems are the same as coriander leave and stems. The seeds powdered is the spice called coriander found in jars in the spice section. completely different flavor. In the US if you want coriander leaves or stems buy cilantro in the produce section usually next to parsley.

Dont worry about it, its just to thicken it up. You cant taste it and its not unhealthy. If you dont have it where you are its fine, you can skip it but your soup will be more liquidy. Its called corn flour over here but i belive its called corn starch in america
