Oh hey, I expected more uploads on Galactic High a while ago. Having issues second guessing your own work? I've heard that a lot from people on their own writing. One of the quotes I've heard most often is "A project is never finished. It's only abandoned when it's done."

This is mostly for the author, assuming this hasn't already been added to the story, but Jack can vary the parts of his chest and arms targeted by his push-ups by shifting around his hands when he does them. Putting them wider with focus the effort down on his pectoral muscles, the big masses that will pull a human's arms straight forward, while putting them closer, often forming a triangle with thumbs and index fingers, will do the opposite, placing it onto the triceps, which in position or function oppose the biceps and drive the efforts of straightening the elbow. Another good variation is pushing up with enough force to lift up off of the ground with enough force that your upper body becomes airborne enough to get a good clap of your hands in. In extreme cases, I've heard of people, like Cirque de Sole performers, will do push-ups with their legs either pointing directly straight up or coiled around their arms and upper body.
