I find it fitting his Scion wasn't some elemental beast. Or some war machine. He already built his first forces and then some. A friggin deer you can eat is perfect considering how he keeps making friends with everything his people need to hunt.

hmmm red cloak, on a 'mouse' yep defiantly a Secret of Nihm reference there, took me a wile as i didn't correlate 'frisby' with 'brisby' the name of the main character. also in the immortal words of donkey "aww look at our mutant babies"

Frisby was the original name of the character. It was changed to Brisby for the movie due to the toy company Wham-O complaining that the character's name would conflict with their product, the Frisbee.

Ratsnakes are just weird. I can't really think of one biological benefit one would have over rats or snakes. Okay maybe 1, a snake is cold blooded, a rat snake might be warm blooded.

I'm still waiting. For him to figure out how to get an actual biological form and not just a wood body. Who else is with me?😅 To be honest he should have asked the rat vessel. He has on how the original dungeon core was able to do it and if she did not know he should have also asked the gods, maybe they would have told him it doesn't hurt to ask people.😂

I'm pretty sure the first core was using the same kind of body as Vitmori. That is where he got the idea, or rather his mage did. She just had to finish assembling it and tweaked it a little to make it look like his old human body.

From what I've pieced together, the wooden body was a temporary in-between step that the other dungeon had used before it figured out how to make a full-on living avatar. My reasoning for this is that the skeleton on the throne in the old core room was supposed to have been her body, which had been shown as having been a living person instead of an animated dead.
