how is the Hisense U8N/TCL QM8 upscaling chipset compared to Samsung Quantum and Sony XR chipset for 720p or 480p?

Does the u8k uses 8- bit or 10-bit panel?

I feel like any of these are better than my 55inch Phillips tv I got back in 2018
