Thanks for the video. Going to be working on a 10 day Camwood bat before and after video. We have been using Camwood for a while but not doing all the different drills correctly

Are saying not to load bec you aren’t wanting him to wrap his bat around his his head. I was under the impression if velo is beating you in the scenario you are describing it’s bec a hitter is loading to late.

Yes, we’re talking about the load of the hands. It’s so hard to be perfectly on time in the box in games. Especially when facing high velocity. You can still be late and barrel the pitch up with good contact and back spin if the hands are able to drive inside the ball. Sometimes loading late is an issue yes, IMO that means your load is too big. It doesn’t take much to load your weight in the right place to get momentum going through the ball. HIGHLY recommend purchasing the CamWood bats and program. This is where we teach this in depth!
