It’s probably sold out, but I’m loving my WnW holiday brush set from Walgreen’s. I had a $2.00 coupon off any WnW item, and the cashier was arguing with me that I couldn’t use it on the brush set. She finally let me, but it’s a fantastic set for originally $30, then it was on sale for $15 minus the $2.00 coupon!

I love how Emiky Noel’s videos are properly illuminated. Not too bright like the other youtubers where you can’t see their real skin textures and most of the time colors are washed out. But not too dark either. My eyes can relax with her videos.

I have bought alot of my drugstore brushes on your recommendations, especially elf, real techniques and ecotools. I tryed, one day to find an up and up set you talked about that I couldn't find, and instead bought a Sonia kashuk brush set. This was a couple of years back. I just fell in love with her brushes. Since that time, I have bought several of her sets, everything from travel, to her 4-5 piece limited editions to her 12 piece limited editions. I looked for reviews on line and on you tube and found that smaller channels would review these sets, but for the most part, larger channels didnt. Although I have seen Tati use one of the 12 piece decorative set brushes in her videos many months ago over the course of several video tutorials. Sonia's single brushed were talked about. I got the feeling that her limited brush sets were thought of as more decorative items that working sets to use for makeup by "real" gurus. But now the Sonia line has been redone. She has all new brushes, all synthetic, and while she still has the limited edition handles, the brushes themselves look like her regular line of brushes that is sold individually and in sets. I was wondering if you could review her new brush line. I just love her older brushes and have bought one of her new travel sets to try and I liked it alot. I definitely want to try her bigger sets, and see if the limited editions are the same as her permanent line except for the handles.

I love your tutorials, and the way you teach us about all the cosmetics, brushes, sponges, kits, sets and palettes! How else would I have the chance to learn about all of this? Perfect timing Emily. I've been looking to invest in a new travel brush set, and that Ecotools 4 piece little kit looks perfect! With the tin, I think it'd be great for storage. Like if you have repeat/ extra brushes. Store them in the tin and keep dust from building on them. The ELF kit my mom gave me as a gift last year and I've definitely got my favorites from it.

If I had to choose one I'd say the Sigma set....tbh I really don't like dual ended brushes unless they come in an eyeshadow palette. I find them a chore to store. Just my 2 cents 😂 Brushes make an awesome gift though!

The Sigma mini set is quite good for new brush users and wanted have good quality brushes and try Sigma. I did! (after only using unbranded brushes for years, which actually good as well)

The Elf concealer brush is my absolute favorite for packing shimmers or glitter shadows on my eyelid. I hunt nearly everyday through my eye brushes to use this one.

I used the Elf C brush for my inner corner actually!! It hugs my inner corner and blends the highlight just perfectly. Something to think about. I love those elf brushes so much!!!!! I use daily the Complexion brush, c brush, stipple brush, blush brush, and tons of their eye brushes. (And I own A LOT of brushes.)

Not a holiday set, but I got the EcoTools Daily Defined Eyes set a couple weeks ago. It's so good! I love that it came with a tray. It lives on my vanity with all the brushes I currently have in use(aka all my dirty brushes 😂). The small detail brush in it is such an amazing inner corner highlight brush! I really love a concentrated highlight that is almost like a liner in my inner corner, and that brush is perfect.

In my opinion, brushes are a safer way to go as gifts. Even if you get someone a duplicate of a brush they already own it's ok. I like having duplicates of my favorite brushes so I don't have to wash them as often.

Elf brushes are amazing! They have a small crease brush that would be amazing for small eyes. I use it for more detailed crease work. 90% of my brushes are elf. The rest are Eco Tools and Real Technique.

Loved the video. I bought the Sigma set as soon as i saw it a few weeks ago. I have never tried any sigma coz they r so expensive esp in Australia. But loved the price point of this entire eye set. Also surprised that you didnt mention any RT brush sets. They came out with so many. I bought a couple but one of them is actually not holiday set but their new Everyday Essentials Set. Its gorgeous n also just under $20usd i believe. Hope u will do a vid with it 💕💕

The Eco Tools Cozy Glow set looked cute, but I'm not a fan of dual-ended brushes. I like storing them vertically in cups. They look great for travel! That ELF giant blending face brush looks nice... Might have to pick that one up!

Walmart had some good brush sets!! In the xmas set section. And there was some hard candy makeup sets that are REALLY GOOD! I got my daughter a TON of hard candy a couple years ago, she loved it! I still get her hard candy...... they also had stocking stuffers from hard candy FOR A DOLLAR! and they are REALLY GOOD TOO! Especially for a pre teen!...... oh so sorry!!!! Oooooh I like that the E25, brush head is a little, smaller in the Sigma eye brush set. Although I own the original E25 original, I can appreciate this mini, for those of us with smaller eye's. Em, I love using my Elf, blush brush for setting powder, under my eye's. The way the brush is cut, it allows the bristles to sit perfectly on that area. Its also super soft for that tender area. Try it for setting your powder under your eye's and let me know your thoughts please. I think you'll be pleased with the results.

Check out Walmart, their xmas gift section, if you havent yet. Couple good brush sets, and hard candy have some makeup sets that are really good quality! I got my daughter a TON of hard candy makeup a couple years ago when she was starting out with makeup. She loved it and I still buy her hard candy..... also hard candy had some stocking stuffers FOR A DOLLAR that are REALLY GOOD! they would be cute to put in a makeup bag for her.

@@rosedragon1747 yes girl! I have all of the little baked things. There is a blush (which I LOVE) a highlight, and a bronzer, i think that's all of them. If there is any more and i find them I'll get them too. The highlighters is a subtle highlight, bronzer is shimmer, but still really pretty and smell good too. And A DOLLAR! they also had a few eyeshadow palettes for a dollar too and I just used one last night and IT WAS REALLY GOOD! I'm getting my daughter and one of my husbands niece some for their stockings too. Wanted to try them out first. Hope they still have them all (my daughter will end up with mine anyway)

I just got an It Cosmetics brush set on Ulta for 33 bucks. I think it has four or five brushes. I thought it was a really good deal and I can’t wait to try them all. Thank you Emily for making these types of videos. I am always on the hunt for a good bargain and you never disappoint!! 😜

I bought a couple different brush sets for my mom this holiday! Usually I get her actual makeup (last year I completed her Urban Decay palette collection with the Smoky palette) and this is year I was going to get her the Cherry palette but she was too impatient and bought it herself back when it was released 😂But she doesn't have a lot of brushes so I'm excited to be expanding what she has!
