for pita bread you'll need
1 cup all purpose flour 130g
1/4 cup wheat flour 33g
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup luke warm water
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp instant dry yeast
1 tsp olive oil
you'll need following veggies
carrot
cabbage
cucumber
capsicum
black olives
for shawarma sauce you'll need
1/2 cup yogurt
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp finely chopped garlic
1 tsp Honey
1/4 tsp black pepper powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp sesame seeds crushed
1/2 tsp white vinegar
for spicy sauce you'll need
1/4 cup yogurt
1 tbsp mayonnaise
1/2 tsp paprika powder
2 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
1/2 tsp chilli sauce
2 pinches black pepper powder
2 ppinches salt
1/4 tsp red chilli powder
