〈BANANA MUFFINS WITH CHOCOLATES〉
✎ Ingredients：
Milk 60g
Lemon juice 4g
Cake flour 180g
Sugar 70g
Baking powder 6g
Baking soda 1g
Salt 1g
Chocolate chips 30g
Whole egg 2
Vegetable oil 60g
Melted unsalted butter 20g
Vanilla essence 1.5g
Ripen banana 1 (around 100g)
✎ Baking information：
410°F for 5 minutes
365°F for 13-15 minutes
✎ Mould：
6 pcs muffin mould
◍ Notes：
The amount of water needs to be adjusted according to water absorption of flour, weather and humidity of the day
In hot weather, use lukewarm / cold water or cold milk or eggs; please use warm liquids in cold weather
Fermentation periods are for reference only，please adjust according to humidity and temperature on your baking day
