after 4 years.. who would have thought what you done to them by stopping by this place... i made a stop here in 2018 and found your postcard and so did many others... i told the guy that 2 famous people now stopped by here.. and he knew and show me your postcard... Kara an Nate are contagious in your stops.. in a good way.. memories!

Things I have learned about Nate and Cara so far..... 1. Cara can sleep anywhere 2. She has a coffee addiction 3. They seem to not like super crowded places 🙂 I love this vlog I wish I would’ve discovered it sooner.

I m a fairly new subscriber, and I fell inlove with these two. I watched their 100th country documentary and it inspired me to watch the whole thing from the start! Now I restricted myself from watching the bloops from 100 countries. Im gonna watcg that after watching everything from the beginning. That vid, and rewatching the 100th country will be my reward!!!

We are headed to Thailand in February and enjoying your videos! Though we have most of our trip already planned its always nice to see what others are doing. Keep up with your travels while you can! Tip: Never, ever, never....EVER buy a 3rd class train ticket....anywhere! I've traveled on trains in Europe where trains are halfway decent and would never buy a 3rd class ticket ;-)

I would have done the same as you - spend one night more in Chiang Mai instead of Bangkok, and the 3rd class travelling 'experience' which makes things memorable.

12:15 that type of door can be tricky sometime when you realize that the way to lock it is by pushing the lock button behind the door before you close it..

I would have been way more hangry than Kara was. She held upp awesome. This must have one of the most tirering days for travel for you gys. It is unreal you managed to get up from that bed. Food is tho essential. So probably why you managed. Awesome market so worth the walk. So long without water and toilet. Dang !

I have been through that door locking. It's so annoying when you finally discover that you don't even need to turn the key to lock it :D

You actually unlock it everytime you swicth the key, the way to do it is just push the lock button on the other side of the door handle and close it.. :D

Naan is not persian influenced , who told you , being ambarsariya its local food , naan , bhature , chulche , roti , poori , papad . Dude its local indian food . Persian influenced is Pulao , Kabab , biryani , nihari , haleem etc .

+Ollie smither it's definitely one of our favorite countries! If you go, make sure to plan enough time for visiting the islands in the South and Chiang Mai in the North! Those are our two favorite parts of the country. Bangkok is interesting for a couples days as well.

Hey Kara and Nate! I know this is an older video but my questions relate to Chiang Mai so I figured I should put this here haha. So in June I am going to be going to Chiang Mai and it will be my first time going anywhere outside of North America! Now I know you know I've seen all your vlogs and am definitely going to try out a lot of the stuff you guys have done and the food you've eaten but I was wondering if there was any tips/tricks you have to being in Thailand or whether there were things you wished you would have had time for that maybe I could check out? Also I was wondering what kind of editing software Kara uses? I would like to vlog my travel to Chiang Mai and my stay there so I can look back on it and your videos are just so put together that I figured I should ask! You don't need to answer my questions but I just thought I would ask in case you might. Thanks! I love you guys and your videos. I always look forward to seeing a new vlog from you in my RU-vid feed.

+Shawnay Taylor you are too sweet! I'm SO excited you get to go to Chiang Mai - one of my favorite places in the world :) How long will you be there? I would love to answer your questions! I'm glad you watched our vlogs - I recommend all the things we did. No regrets! One thing I was super bummed to miss were the tigers! There's a place where you can play with them. I don't know much about it, but several people recommended it to us and we didn't have time. Another activity we ran out of time for was a "monk chat." You can talk to one and ask him anything you want for a half hour! I have soooo many questions, so if you go let me know ;) "Hello" sounds like "Sah-wah-Dee-kah" "thank you" is "cob-coon-kah" And very delicious is "A-Roy-mak-kah" those were my most used phrases. Boys end with "kop" instead so don't be confused. Be careful with tuk tuk drivers ripping you off. Walking is more fun anyways :) Bring pepto tablets to eat within 30 minutes after eating something sketchy. It keeps you from getting sick and you can try more things :) Other than that, make sure you eat tons of Khao Soi for me and get a Banoffee every day :) I use Adobe Premiere Pro to edit! Please let me know if you have any more questions. I hope this helps :)

He decided on; where did you guys rent your scooter/motorbike from? And if you could pick your top "must eat" place in Chiang Mai to go for food, where would that be?

Street food is a nice experience, but quality (cleanliness) is questionable a lot. There are many restaurants at all levels that would cater to one’s budget in all of these countries. But I understand that street food and going to these “low end” places is also an experience as it is the real life of a majority of people in that country and gives you a nice idea...only if you can stay without stomach issues.😊 Guess after a while, stomachs become “international” as Kara said in another clip 👍

I'm wondering .... why am i seeing again and again best indian food in another country ? Why am i not seeing much of local cuisines of the places youre visiting .. like specific thai or Malaysian cuisine ? Or is indian food really so tasty that most people get addicted to it ?
