I cant help but notice that you dont do a double knee bend on your cleans but you do more of a hybrid clean between kettlebell sport and hardstyle. Can you elaborate on why you do a hybrid vs either if the other two? I have been focused on more of a cardio focus along side strength so I'm doing sort if a hybrid myself between hardstyle and sport. The sport style is much nore complicated to me but I get the reason why beciee it conserves more energy. That said Im just curious on your choice of swing or clean style?
