TIPS & POINTERS for Kip Up:
Pop off the ground FAST with your hands, put some muscle into it to make this move effective.
Uncoil / Open your hips up to the sky in the middle of the movement, combined with a good push, this helps your body up like a spring.
Spread your feet wide, and land on your toes! If your kip-up is weak, you can still catch yourself on your feet with the right landing.
And lastly, with this move, YOU HAVE TO WANT IT to land it. It won't happen by itself, at one point you may come to a wall where you know you need to just do it..so do it!
