You always seem to release a video at the exact time I need it! Been playing around with LifterLMS this last week, I already use Astra and I was just about to create my own sales page after watching your previous video series! Great content as usual but the suggestion to watch at 2.0 speed is ridiculous, your fast enough as it is and first thing I thought about was when you said Short Pickle instead of Short Pixel that time!

Thanks. I think I am going to switch to this hybrid format where I do a little intro, but the bulk is just the tutorial without me in it. I think I can create better videos this way, and it takes a lot less out of you when the camera is not on your face. When you say metadata are you referring to the thumbnails? I hired a designer to create some base designs that I can then change around a little. I hope to end up with 20 - 30 base designs that I can rotate around.
Love the Astra theme! I just followed all your steps to create a course website with Generate Press, but this looks so much better! Are you creating a new playlist on how to create an online course site with Astra and LMS?

Astra is compatible with Thrive Architect. Did you mean creating ready to import sites with Thrive Architect? We can not use TA unfortunately, as it's a proprietary plugin with no free version.

I recently encountered a serious problem with Elementor. I noticed that MySQL 5.6 is the minimum for Elementor to function correctly and my site is at 5.5.5. It is too expensive for me to move to a dedicated or VPS server, which Is the only way to upgrade MySQL. I found it out when i emailed Inmotion hosting. Elementor also would not let me edit the courses page made by LifterLMS. I tried getting help from Elementor support but it didnt solve anything, even after I increased the memory in my PHP settings. I spent several weeks building a site and putting courses on it, then I tested out the site and the middle sections did not show up, only the header and footer. Needless to say, I am now trying Beaver Builder with a new theme called "The Core" which is a recommended theme from the LifterLMS website and Beaver Builder is more complicated than Elementor but my site actually DOES show up now when viewed as a public site. Moral of the story, be careful which themes and plugins you get, they do not all function correctly as far as what setup you have. I'm bummed out because I really liked Elementor it was extremely easy to use and now I have to start over. However I am still thankful to Adam and all the great videos he puts out. They have been extremely helpful.

Hello Adam, thanks for another great video. I'm going to build a course but am not sure yet to use LifterLMS, Learndash or a membership plugin. Do you know when the integration of Astra with Learndash will be launched?
I am talking to Astra and LearnDash about this. The upcoming Astra Sites will not auto install LifterLMS, so these full websites will work with LifterLMS and LearnDash. Hopefully something amazing can happen in the next 2 - 3 weeks.
Thanks for this inspiring video. I own and only use Astra Pro for several months now, thanks to you ;-) Have you heard any specifics from the Astra Team on when they plan to be releasing the Learndash Integration? ( I know it's on their 'In progress' list right now... I prefer Learndash over LifterLMS, due to COST, but getting it to look good is a pain, as you know! I'm really hoping the Astra integration will make Leardasha more elegant option! Any news or insight you have is appreciated :-)
Yes I am talking with both of them to see what can happen. Astra has said they will do it, lets see what LearnDach can bring to the table as well. I'll keep you updated.

Thank you for your videos. A little comment though! After switching to astra, my lessons are empty as there's no "header" option anymore (where we used to paste the video links). Is there any way around is, or will I just have to go with it and paste the videos on the video tab?

My only objection is that in plain terms, we need to purchase the additional elements in order to do a decent job. They offer 'free' as an incentive, but we have to be prepared to invest, it can seem deceptive.
You mean from Astra or LifterLMS? With Lifter if you want to automate course access from purchases you do need a payment gateway. They cost $99 and I have a 15% off coupon that I can give out. You can still sell courses any way you like and manually give access. Personally I only use the PayPal payment gateway.
It's actually all open source. When I release the full tutorial in the next 10 days I will be using WooCommerce to sell the courses. But like I said, giving access is manual without the $99 WooCommerce extension.
You can use any page builder. If you are referring to the part where I created custom course pages, that will work perfectly fine with TA with the settings you saw my implement in the video.
If I purchase the agency bundle that is 699$/yr, will I be able to use unlimited prebuilt websites which I will use for my clients under different domains?

Yes in the video I said I added a little CSS to mine. You can do everything in mine, just a little CSS to change the lesson background color and hover color. Thats it.
networking if you go into the customizer and click on the pencil button in the top right corner of the "Request Quote" button once you click that you should get the option to change the "Custom HTML" to widget woocommerce and none you should choose none
