Please do a thorough review on the microphone. Have someone sing into it going through the effects. Also the action how long will it last. I'm down to the Fp90x and this. I've played the Fp90x but can't find one of these Casio to try. Thanks so much Mj
Just purchased this great digital piano. I wonder how I can connect my AirPods Pro to Privia Px-s7000. So far I haven’t been able to connect them. Appreciate any tips.
According to my supplier the 5000, 6000 & 7000 all have the same action, yet the prices are wildly far apart. If this does play much better than typical plastic actions, and at only 14.5kg weight, then maybe Casio is onto something, but the 5000 & 6000 models will be more popular due to lower price. I guess the 7000 is for those who want an extremely versatile piano (just one) and can afford this price. So far, the Studiologic Numa X Pianos are more interesting to me as gigging instruments, and Casio's own GP-310 is more interesting to me as a digital home piano. Meanwhile, my Yamaha P-255 serves me pretty well - I even prefer it over the P-515.
I would definitely get the 7000 over the 6000, just because of all the tones at your disposal. But I’m wondering can the 7000 be used without the stand it comes with? Or is it like mandatory
The electric piano sounds are not yet up to par with the competition. Casio needs to improve the samples for the Rhodes pianos. They are lacking 2 or 3 additional layers of those samples if they want to cater to serious pianists. The acoustic pianos do sound great.
I just bought one last week and I hate all of the acoustic piano sounds. I'm wondering if I just need to adjust the sounds. Have you found any fixes? I'm coming from a Yamaha p-125. I love the sound of it. What is a woody sound? I feel like they all sound dampened as if you were holding down the left pedal.
