Man, owning a Gixxer is like owning a double edged sword. You get all the good bits and it's underrated appeal but the other side is that I don't get any accessories for it and have to go for everything custom made. Looking for a windshield currently.... Scouring through YT if I can find something useful.
@@garv317 No bro, this guys is actually a Bullet mechanic and he is really busy most of the time. The clamps are pretty easy to make once you have the visor for reference.
@@garv317 No I haven't bro, but yes is does cause some amount of drag. But for a fact this visor reduces the wind blast on your chest. However, the gush of air on your helmet is pretty strong and I want to adjust the clamps a bit.
I mounted windscreen from yamaha frazer. In my opinion it is the best available which fits to duke by design point of view - how it look on duke. The ugliest possible is that what some company ( i do not remember name) designed and sell particularly for duke 390 2017 model. I also designed panniers for soft bags because those available on market also are as ugly as hell.
It's a good choice. Not facing any issues so far. Just make sure you get the angle right and also add rubber washer between the visor and the bolt to avoid cracks.
It's a very good modified visor. Rinku is just awesome. Brother can you help me out of the measurement of the clamp. I was also looking for a similar one for my KTM Duke 250. Lots of support for you. I'm confused with the pulsar AS visor and fazer visor... can you pls suggest me and too confirm me is their any issue in your bike after upgrading this visor mainly in highways.. is it really works well...???
I personally prefer the AS visor simply because it goes well with the looks of the bike. I have not had any issues as such. It may reduce your speed by a bit. Also, you need to get the angle right, otherwise the wind blast may come on your face. Go for it if you are going to do a lot of long distance travelling.
Have you tried the Fazer V1 visor .?? I am planning for my Duke as well but now confused after seeing your video.. pls suggest which one will do a better job. Thanks
They will both do a good job, depending on how well you fix it. Make sure is has sufficient support to deflect away the air. It all comes down to the looks. The Fazer was too sharp and angular in design, for my liking. I liked the look of the AS200 visor. But both will do a good job. Go for the one that you like better. 😉
But yours looks good...I will go ahead with AS 200 windshield...can I get only front brackets fabricated from Rinku..? I stay at Vasai can it be delivered here..?
@@siddheshvaity1486 You can talk to Rinku on 9022650656. He has a service centre for RE bikes, but also does fabrication. Talk to him once. If required, I can show him my clamps for getting the measurements..
Bro, can you please demonstrate drag test by putting forced air(table fan or portable fan) and smoke (dhoop or agarbatti) infront of visor so that it can be confirmed whether air passed above the head of rider or not? Bro, where is the number plate?
Touseef Khan This would be decent big for the FZ. There are a couple of visors, one made by Sahyadri motors and other the Puig windshield, that are longer than this.

chalu masoom baccha 2017 Duke model mai kaafi saare issues the, magar 2018 model mai improvements laya hai KTM ne. Magar phir bhi, Duke running mai mehengi bike hai. Mileage kam hai. Warranty khatam hone ke baad maintenance kharcha zyada hoga. Magar ye sab ke baad bhi, chalane mai ye bike ek number hai. Super handling aur power!
