Great Video Marshall, I'm glad you took my suggestion. Have a Very Merry Christmas ⛄🎄 and a happy new year. I hope you get invited to Emma's for Christmas and New Years. As a foreigner like myself I had a very warm Christmas and New years with a Filipino family when I was there. I just made sure to bring something like a cake from Goldilocks and or a fresh fruit basket. It will give you some real insight into the Filipino culture and seeing how close the families are and eating some Filipino foods they eat at Christmas. I can still remember the chicken feet I had. Hahahaha. But seriously don't spend Christmas at home alone. Your in the Philippines and you should be with a family. Trust me you will be glad you went, just let it being awkward at first pass and you will have a nice evening. PS. Not sure if anyone has told you but at restaurants the tip is in the service fee so you aren't required to leave tip. I forgot to mention that to you when I saw your previous videos.

Aww, I miss that place! Me and my colleagues went there late 2019 pre-COVID. So now, it's al fresco dining. The place is always busy. I'm glad you enjoyed their food.

That's extremely cheap food. In a Western country that would be $70 plus the tips! If you eat in a casino restaurant, the tip is already included + tip from the customers

Thats not real mami. Old school mami all the items must be in one big bowl. That includes the broth. One thing more i did not see the hot sauce. Hot sauce for mami is different from the chili sauce. To try authentic mami. Just go to ongpin's delicious restaurant, ha yuan restaurant or manosa restaurant. You must also try the beef maki/gawgaw of delicious restaurant or pork maki/gawgaw of manosa.

Next stop a few blocks away are Mama Dad's Grill Kitchen, Greyson's Dimsum & Noodle House,, Suzhou Dimsum, El Bottega All Day Breakfast Kitchen, Moon Rabbit Cafe & Restaurantn, Our "Big" Little Store San Juan or Quezon City, Emperor's Dimsum & Teahouse, Eat Fresh Hong Kong Famous Street Food, and Lam Tin Tea House, Our Go to places for nearby dining at a budget friendly good food. I beg to disagree. Noodles there "sucks" and wanton tastes like paper! And way overpriced! A lot of other places serves way way better beef noodles! This place is 2/10 for me - this is being generous!

I have noticed that you’re palate is now beginning to adjust to philippine foods..you can now really distinguished what a real good food is even if its chinese or whatever it is served to you…( i know Charlie restaurant and its good it originated in chinatown manila….one other mami house that you have not visited too aside from Ma MonLuk,which is also an old restaurant in manila is Ling Nam . It has a branch at Lucky Mall..the original one is hard to go to because of the location at chinatown) ….…keep vlogging and im enjoying and learning from what i have watched from you… stay safe.

Try the pancit miki-bihon of the famous Ado's panciteria which is located in Pasig City. Their pancit gisado(best partnered with pandesal) are also good. Pork barbecue is also delicious there.
