Does anyone know how to find a technician that will fix my broken chair? The back made a snap sound and the massagers don’t work anymore. I would love to fix it so it doesn’t end up in the landfill.
I bought this model 3 years ago and still running great. Thanks to this review I settled on this model. All I have done was added padding to the back that's it. Great buy. The last time I looked it is more expensive now then it was then. Great chair for the money and it still holding up 3 years + no issues at all.
hey buddy! thanks for the great comment. Mine is still perfect to this day, not one issue at all, you're right. I got a family member to buy this chair 2 years ago and it was selling for the mid 500's, best deal I;ve ever seen. Recently they have went up, you're right.
Nice review, do you know how to set it to stay reclined after finish massage if want to sleep in it? I have read it somewhere but I cannot figure out how to set it. Thanks
+KVB TRAN there is a way to recline the chair without any massage function, but not after it just ended a timed session. I normally turn it on and off, or just from the off position press the ON button and manually recline the chair, you can also use heat if you want. This way the timer will not be active.
+James Do Its been great. Ive used it for over an hour each day for the past month. Nothing wrong so far. You can also sit in it without using the massage, or just use the heat function separately. My back feels a whole lot better since using this chair, no sore muscles anymore.
Did you connect your seat cushion heating element. There is a heating element in the back seat cushion that has a wire coming out of it (this is the power wire), you need to connect that to the seat wire itself. Let me know.
I just got one. There is a cord that comes out from the bottom right corner of the back pad and for the life of me I can't figure out where it connects...
that is the heating element power cord, it plugs into another cord on the chair itself, near the bottom cushion. Look for it, you will find it. the heating element in the back cushion that is.
hello, I can't show you right now. But I will tell you that ir reclines nearly flat. I usually don't go beyond the standard recline levels myself, but you could.
Awe, thanks for replying so quickly. Good, that makes me feel so much better. I couldn't decide between this and the real relax chair. Only a $50 price difference. Even though the other one has foot rollers, more heads, and a MP3 player I went with this one lol. I hope I made the right decision. Your video really did help a lot. let me know if this advice helps, I just literally checked it on my own chair. On the right side (near the control pad and the thigh cushion) behind the cushion there is a black cable, look for it, its probably tucked behind the cushion.
How is the chair just for sitting and watching TV, or say eating at a TV tray? The one at Brookstone seemed like it would be quite uncomfortable just to sit in. The roller tend to hurt the back.
I gotta say siting in it with it off isn't too bad, because the rollers in the off position are stored at the top, they do not protrude out and you will not feel them while sitting. Also when the chair is on you can adjust it to any recline position although the rollers will always be on even in manual mode. But you can pick any very relaxing massage at any fixed point in the track and it won't ben annoying.
hello, over a year at this point. I paid under 700 with included free shipping at the time, thats a great deal for 639, best price I've seen. Came shipped on a pallet and left in front of the house, you gotta carry it in yourself, not that hard with two people.
hello, I would check first what the warranty covers, make sure it covers all the parts and labor if possible. Mine has been fine for entire length of ownership.

I'm looking for a replacement remote for this. It's looking like that's impossible. Is there any chance I could get you to send me a couple pictures of the plug with the pins so I know what kind of cable I need to splice? Thank you (mine broke)

@@amirsalah5392 I did not. I even had the ceo's phone number at one point and he promised to send me one. Never happened, and the customer support kept giving me the run around. I bought an entirely new chair for 2k which is way better.

My chair stopped working with no error code. It was stuck in the middle of returning to no use position but was only halfway there. I found out from seeing another video it was just a stuck down button on the control panel. Sure enough that was it. It sat for 11 months with very little help from the manufacturer/seller. They should have know to mention this instead of selling me a new board which it was not..
Hey man I've had this for about a year and I've always wondered this. If you look at the bottom left of the screen there's a think that says "3d strength" then it says volume. Have you figured out the use of this?
+James Do Yes very easy. It was 95% assembled. All you have to do is attach the armrests with a single screw and plug in the air hoses. Its almost fully build already and came shipped on a pallet in a large box.

Thanks for the video. I'm thinking about pulling the trigger on this exact chair on eBay. I'm just afraid of long term durability and the lack of support from the company. It has good reviews on Amazon but some people complain about it not working after a few months. What do you think?
+Mo S mineis grat so far. All my back pain from weightlifting and bad car seats has gone away. All the function work fine. In my opinion if it works 2+ years, ill be satisfied.
Its been a week and I really enjoy the chair. Unfortunately, Yesterday I hear a loud pop from behind and apparently the guide rod detached itself from the upper support which appears to have a bearing. The chair still works fine. I reattached it and its working the same but its making an annoying buzzing sound when the rollers go up and down and its coming from that support bearing. I got fed up and detached it again and the chair is functioning normal. Not sure if its a good idea to keep it running like that. The BIGGEST problem with this chair is the lack of support. There is no contact line or even an email to the manufacturer. I reached out to the ebay seller and they said, "ill ask the manufacturer and get back to you". they never did. Oh well
Hi. I’m looking into purchasing this chair but wanted to know how it came? Did it come in multiple pieces? I’m afraid it won’t fit in a standard room door way.
it came shipped in a crate with the two arm disassembled (otherwise it was one piece). I just measured it for you, it is 32 inches at its widest with the arms installed. And 29 inches with them off. You should probably have a standard door width of 36 inches, right?

28 is ok, you can angle it in diagonally. Im sure it'll be fine. Or you can just power it on and have it in recline position and flip it, you got options. LOL.

Its probably BC they use an actual freight type large item shipping company. I think they should call you a day before to schedule the drop off. They left mind outside the house, I just carried it in myself. AND Congrats, happy for you.
+JimmyD congrats on your order. So far mine is fine, nothing wrong and myself and others have used it for around an hour since I made this video in december. The heat function is great, you can use the heat and recline without any other massage functions if you want.
+hybrid32494 Holy shiet!!!.. I have been in heaven for two days already. I have a black padding 12x36 inches, what is that for? The manual makes no mention of it. And what is the extra female cable for? It plugs to nothing.
+JimmyD Congrats on the chair, its great, I know. The black foam padding is to be inserted into the pocket on the back of the back cushion. You can add it for some more softness on the roller track. It should like you do not have your heat cable plugged in, the rear cushion has its own heater elements on the sides, do you have heat> if not then your cable is not connected to the chair itself. let me know.
Wow! I can't believe you can get this for under a thousand dollars! I always figured they'd be around $8,000+. Will definitely look into getting one of these! :-)
hi mary, thanks for watching. I still love this chair, almost a years time of ownership at this point with very consistent use. No issues, and your back will feel great. Although the arm massage is mostly useless.
My only complaint is the controller tray holder. It is cheap plastic, easy to break the round piece of it. In fact, it came broken. They are sending a new tray holder for the controller.
+JimmyD sorry to hear that, i always just leave mine stationary, i don't adjust the holder much at all. I wonder if down the road we can get replacement covers for the back cushion,? I'd say within 2 years the fake leather will peel just like on bonded leather couches.

I've tried the stretch button just now for you. It is literally the regular air bags being inflated in the calfs. There really is no stretch function as you would expect it to be, im not sure what many of these massage chairs mean by STRETCH? I mean they all recline anyway, so how can an airbag stretch you. you know, LOL>
Is there a way to adjust the height? I just got it yesterday and can't find how to do that. It massages my head, when it says it's working on the neck :)
well the height of the rollers and the seat back is fixed. You can use the custom setting to control the overall position and height of the rollers. But otherwise in auto modes it will use the max height of the track itself.
